Honey
Victoria Beckham Beauty Honey Lid Lustre ($36.00 for 0.17 oz.) is a light, golden bronze with strong, warm undertones and a sparkling, metallic finish. The consistency was denser, thicker, and almost cream-like, as it had a lot of slip to it, but it picked up readily with a dry brush and had more of a powder-like application with slight fallout.
I would recommend using a fingertip or a dampened brush if fallout during application is a deal-breaker. The eyeshadow had full color coverage in a single pass, which lasted well for eight and a half hours before creasing a bit.

Formula Overview
$36.00/0.17 oz. – $211.76 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have a “wet, pearly finish” that has “buildable, high-shine brilliance.” The finish is described as “buildable,” while the pigmentation doesn’t have any descriptors but the brand shows it “in action” with full coverage with a single pass of a fingertip and fully opaque promotional swatches.
If you’re unfamiliar with this type of eyeshadow formula, it tends to feel like a hybrid between cream and powder, but it has the feel of loosely-pressed powder that has a slightly thicker, more emollient feel to the touch. Imagine loose eyeshadow that’s been gently pressed with a fingertip: that’s what this formula is like and does. It’s not so fragile to the point where it looks and feels like loose powder in the jar, which is thanks to the binders in it, but it yields that kind of pigmentation and finish.
The range delivered high color coverage in a single layer, which worked well with fingertips as well as brushes. While they could be used wet, they certainly did not need to be in order to achieve the “wet, pearly finish” that the brand marketed these as having. I did feel like using a dampened brush or fingertip helped to minimize opportunities for fallout, as using a dry brush sometimes had light fallout depending on the shade. I would suggest using a lighter hand when working with these as not a lot was necessary to achieve an even layer of product.
They wore between eight and nine hours on me before creasing slightly.

Tea Rose
Victoria Beckham Beauty Tea Rose Lid Lustre ($36.00 for 0.17 oz.) is a deep, plummy brown with warm undertones and flecks of pink and gold micro-sparkle over a metallic finish. It was richly pigmented where a little went a long way, whether I used a dry brush, wet brush, or fingertip.
The texture was creamy, emollient, and slightly thick to the touch, but it seemed to spread and “melt” for a more seamless look in practice. It wore well for nine hours before creasing slightly on me.
