Just months after the delayed 2021 event took place in September, the 2022 Met Gala returned to its traditional spot of the first Monday in May at New York City’s Metropolitan Museum of Art. This year’s theme is gilded glamour, and as usual, some of the biggest stars in the world dressed extravagantly for the annual event. Find photos below from the event, and watch the livestream.
Guests at the Met Gala, which celebrates the exhibition “In America: An Anthology of Fashion,” include Billie Eilish, Megan Thee Stallion, Phoebe Bridgers, SZA, Bad Bunny, Normani, Anderson .Paak, Janelle Monáe, Kacey Musgraves, Camila Cabello, Stromae, and more.
Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Regina King, and Lin-Manuel Miranda were the official co-chairs of the 2022 Met Gala, with Tom Ford, Adam Mosseri, and Vogue’s Anna Wintour serving as honorary chairs.
