J. Cole will mark the 10th anniversary of his album 2014 Forest Hills Drive with a concert at New York’s Madison Square Garden. The show takes place on Monday, December 16. Pre-sale tickets go on sale online beginning on Monday, December 2, at 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, and the general on-sale period begins on Wednesday, December 4, at 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. Cole is also reserving 2,014 tickets that will be available for just $1. The tickets must be purchased in-person at a time and place that will be revealed on December 16.
2014 Forest Hills Drive is J. Cole’s most commercially successful album to date. He released it on Tuesday, December 9, 2014, with just a few weeks’ notice and no pre-release singles. Cole worked on the album—his third studio LP—with producers Illmind, Phonix Beats, Vinylz, and Willie B, among others.
J. Cole has been reflecting on his life and career through “a new limited audio series” called Inevitable. He’s also re-released his early mixtapes The Come Up, The Warm Up, and Friday Night Lights via digital streaming platforms. In addition, in other J. Cole news, he announced that his Dreamville Festival will return in 2025, taking place at Raleigh, North Carolina’s Dorothea Dix Park on April 5 and 6.
