Over the Cocoon
ColourPop Over the Cocoon 5-Pan Pressed Powder Palette ($10.00 for 0.15 oz.) includes two shimmery shades and three matte shades across a pink/red color story. The two lighter mattes were somewhat powdery and prone to sheering out a bit/needing to be built up, while the other three shades were quite pigmented.
This palette is one of five in a holiday vault, though ColourPop said they would be available individually when I asked, but they have not appeared individually on the site. It’s not realistic for me to review it as a set (takes much longer, but I also started testing them across sets already, and the system is better setup for a palette, not five palettes within a set, for readability!), so I decided to review them individually still.

Formula Overview

The new Pressed Powder Shadow formula is supposed to be “highly pigmented” with an “ultra-velvety and silky” texture that is “long-wearing” and “adheres easily to the eyes.” Most of the shades have semi-opaque to opaque pigmentation that applies well to bare skin, blends out without issue, and lasts for seven to eight hours.
The matte eyeshadows tend to be a little more powdery, though soft and finely-milled, in the pan, while the shimmers have a creamier, dense consistency. Occasionally, the more sparkly or metallic shades apply better with fingertips or a dampened brush.

Cozyyy
Cozyyy is a medium orange-copper base with pink and gold sparkle over a metallic sheen. It had nearly opaque color payoff in a single layer, which was more opaque when applied with a fingertip or a dampened brush. The texture was lightly emollient without being too thick or too firmly-packed into the pan. It stayed on decently for eight hours with light fallout over time.

Part 2
Part 2 is a deep red with moderate, warm undertones and a matte finish. The texture was slightly firmer in the pan compared to other shades, though it had no powderiness while still being blendable on bare skin. It had rich pigmentation that lasted nicely for eight and a half hours and left a stain behind.
