Emperor have announced a Spring 2025 US tour with support from Wolves in the Throne Room, Agalloch, and Wayfarer.
The seven-date trek kicks off in Worcester, Massachusetts, on May 9th before hitting Brooklyn, New York; Silver Spring, Maryland; Denver; Los Angeles; San Francisco; and a final date in Anaheim, California on May 18th. Wolves in the Throne Room will open the first three shows, with Agalloch and Wayfarer rotating as support for the four final dates.
A Live Nation ticket pre-sale for select dates begins Thursday (December 5th) at 10 a.m. local time using the code JOY. General ticket sales start Friday (December 6th) at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster.

The tour artwork features Emperor’s seminal 1994 album In the Nightside Eclipse, with the poster mentioning that the outing will feature the album prominently. The Norwegian black metal pioneers haven’t released a studio album since 2001, though they have maintained a live presence throughout the years and embarked on their first US tour in 15 years back in 2023.
The tour also touts big support acts in Wolves in the Throne Room and Agalloch, two forerunners of the US black metal scene. Wolves in the Throne Room most recently released the Crypt of Ancestral Knowledge EP in 2023; meanwhile, Agalloch have only played a handful of live dates over the past couple years since re-forming in 2023 following an eight-year hiatus.
