Sex Pistols Featuring Frank Carter have announced a Fall 2025 North American tour, marking this incarnation of the legendary punk band’s first-ever stateside shows.
The tour kicks off September 16th at the Longhorn Ballroom in Dallas, and runs through an October 16th gig at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles. Along the way, the band will hit such cities as Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Toronto, Minneapolis, and Seattle, among others, with more cities yet to be announced.
A Live Nation pre-sale starts Wednesday (April 2nd) at 10 a.m. local time using the code DANCE, while a general on-sale begins Friday (April 4th) at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster.

Classic Sex Pistols members Steve Jones (guitar), Paul Cook (drums), and Glen Matlock (bass) performed a series of shows in the UK with Carter (Frank Carter & the Rattlesnakes, ex-Gallows) last year, playing the classic album Never Mind the Bollocks in its entirety, along with a couple other songs.
“I think everybody needs this band right now,” said Carter in a new interview with the Associated Press. “I think the world needs this band right now. And I think definitely America is screaming out for a band like the Sex Pistols.”
Prior to the North American outing, Sex Pistols Featuring Frank Carter will play shows in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
To celebrate the North American tour kicking off at the Longhorn Ballroom, the band has released a vinyl version of their chaotic 1978 performance at the same venue under the title Live in the U.S.A. – Dallas, available here. A box set compiles performances from three different cities on that same tour.
Sex Pistols last toured North America in 2003, then with original frontman Johnny Rotten (aka John Lydon) in tow. Lydon recently lashed out at the band for touring with Carter, calling it nothing more than “karaoke.”
